This Flextail should be surfed with a classic style in classic, down the line waves.. It will give you longer cleaner lines, masses of drive, and acceleration like nothing you've felt before. The board combines the attributes of clean single fin surfing with more speed and the ability to surf tighter in the pocket.

The diminishing tapered carbon kevlar rail lap directs energy and flex out through the tail. The flextail has a negative rocker built into it. This holds and stores energy when loaded, giving the board vastly increased drive and top end speed.  

This was Jed’s personal board built for Jeffrey’s Bay, for 2-6 foot days. It was used over a period of three weeks. It was set up as a fin tester and can be ridden as a thruster, quad, twin fin or split keel.

From Jed: ‘this board went sick. I used it as a twin, quad and thrusted and was pretty stoked with all fin set ups. As a split keep it went the fastest i’ve ever been on a surfboard. It felt very positive and in control as a thruster and as a quad it was a bit freer off the top. There’s a few footprints in it and a couple of very small shatters in the rail (from the plane ride), overall condition 8/10’.
