Shipping Domestic
SURFBOARDS: We deliver surfboards within Australia using a domestic courier company. Costs are influenced by the size and weight of the surfboard and your location within Australia. Please contact us for a quote before purchase.
ACCESSORIES AND APPAREL: We deliver accessories and apparel domestically using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 business days depending on your location. Australian Domestic shipping for accessories and apparel is free when you spend over $150. For orders under $150 a flat rate of $10 will be applied.
Shipping International
International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. For international deliveries please contact us for a quote before purchase.
All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through the destination country postal service website using the tracking number provided.
Returns
We will happily exchange items (*) but are unable to refund at this time.
Return shipping charges are at the customers expense unless item is faulty.
We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchange must be made within 14 days.
Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
Items must have tags attached to be returnable.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 business days from the day you receive the goods for an exchange.

*It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
